Carcass beef cut in Latin American countries is sent in refrigerated containers to a cutting plant and final packaging in Panama. In this plant, the final cuts are made in two modalities: regular for the general population and Jalal cuts for the consumption of the Muslim population. Once the cuts have been made and packed, they are sent to their final destination. The chain includes all traceability and health and quality guarantee mechanisms.
